How It Works
Every order follows the same path. Whether you're printing 12 shirts for a brewery launch or 5,000 for a corporate rollout, here's exactly what happens after you hit submit.
Upload your artwork or build something from scratch in our online editor. Vector files are ideal (AI, EPS, PDF). We can work with 300 DPI PNGs and JPEGs, but vector always prints sharper.
We send you a digital proof, you give us the thumbs up. Colours, placement, sizing, all locked before a single squeegee moves. Pantone matching is included if you ask.
Production happens at our Toronto shop. Same printers, same screens, same eyes on every piece before it boxes up. Nothing ever gets subbed out.
We ship to every province. Standard, bulk, or rush, whichever fits your timeline. Free on qualifying orders, at-cost on the rest.

Every piece gets eyes on it before it ships. Wrong colour, off-register, weird ink coverage, we catch it before you do. If we miss it, we reprint. That's the deal.
We don't sub jobs out to American or offshore shops when we're busy. Your run is printed by our team, in our building, on our presses. Always has been.
We've been doing this since 1999, so we know how long things actually take. Rush options exist for when your timeline shrinks. We won't promise dates we can't hit.

Vector files print best, send us AI, EPS, or high-res PDF when you can. We can work with 300 DPI raster files (PNG, JPEG, PSD) too, but vector lets us scale, separate colours, and fix little issues without losing quality. If you only have a logo pulled off a website, send it anyway. We'll tell you straight whether we can use it.
12 t-shirts is our minimum on most runs. Specialty stuff, embroidery, promo products, certain hoodie programs, sometimes runs a bit higher because of how the setup works. We'll tell you upfront, not on the invoice.
Garment, quantity, print size, number of colours, placement, and the printing method, those are the levers. Bigger volume drops the per-piece cost. We send you a real quote with the math laid out, so you can see exactly what changes when you tweak the run.
Standard runs ship in 5-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush is available when you need it, bulk takes a bit longer. Tell us when you need them by, and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Every province, every territory. Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Vancouver, Yellowknife, we've shipped there. Free on qualifying orders, otherwise at-cost. No surprise fees at checkout.
Yes on Pantone, important if your brand has a specific blue that needs to stay that blue across every run. We also do metallic, water-based, discharge, and glow-in-the-dark when the job calls for it. Some of those need specific fabrics to come out right. We'll flag it before we print, not after.
